We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NUVARA.

If you change your mind, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Be unopened and suitable for resale

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used patches unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs where applicable

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

How to Return an Item

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
